Jack Osbourne has lost a considerable amount of weight in the last two decades. As a young boy, Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne's son was on the heavier side, but after he was diagnosed with MS in 2012, he committed to a healthier lifestyle and has managed to maintain it ever since.

His success at keeping the weight off has prompted some to ask whether he ever used the GLP-1 medication Ozempic. Jack has denied taking the drug, though he admitted his mother tried the medication. The question has come back into focus as he welcomed a new baby girl with wife Aree Gearhart, naming her after his late father.

Spring Break 2002

On his Instagram account, Jack shared a throwback photo from his and his sister Kelly Osbourne's Spring Break in 2002. The photo shows the siblings looking cute and chunky as ever. At the time, the two had not yet shed their baby weight.

'Lmao. This is epic. Mad props for posting this. You two are the coolest,' a fan wrote. 'Teenage dirtbag era,' another commented. 'Y'all was cute back in the day,' a third added.

A Loving Friend

Jack uploaded a photo with two friends back in 2023, with the trio posing outside a doughnut shop during a day out. The snap shows Jack in a black t-shirt, though his fuller frame was still visible beneath the dark clothing.

A Changed Lifestyle

When Jack was much younger, he struggled with food, drugs and alcohol, all of which contributed to his weight gain. At one point, he reached an all-time high of 240 pounds. The MS diagnosis proved to be a major turning point, giving him a reason to commit to lasting changes to his diet and lifestyle that he had not prioritised before. In 2005, he adopted a more active lifestyle, taking up camping and climbing. He also embraced extreme sports when he starred in the ITV2 series 'Adrenaline Junkie'.

A Dedicated Husband

Jack is married to Aree Gearhart, whom he met on the celebrity dating app Raya in 2019. The couple made their first public appearance at the American Music Awards that same year and married in 2023. They have two children together: Maple Artemis and Ozzy Matilda.

A Doting Dad

Jack also has three daughters from his previous marriage to Lisa Stelly: Pearl Clementine, Andy Rose and Minnie Theodora. The couple were together from 2012 to 2019, with Stelly filing for divorce in May 2018. 'First and foremost, we absolutely still love each other. Our family is the most important thing in our lives, and we tried everything we could for many years to make this work. What's best for our family right now is that we separate lovingly and remain best friends who are committed to raising our children together,' they said in a statement.

Jack and Stelly share joint custody of their children, and Jack remains a regular presence in their lives. Fans have noted how hands-on he has remained with all five of his daughters across both families. The TV personality was photographed with Pearl and Andy at the Grammys last month.
