Reality television personality Grace Lilly has reportedly been arrested again in South Carolina, marking the second time in just a few months that the Southern Hospitality star has faced legal trouble.

The 27‑year‑old Bravo cast member was taken into custody earlier this week on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, according to jail records cited by Page Six. The arrest comes less than three months after a previous incident that also brought Lilly into contact with police.

Second Arrest in Months

Authorities in Charleston County confirmed Lilly was arrested on Tuesday and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Jail records show she was booked into custody and held for several hours following the arrest. Her bond was reportedly set at $10,575 (£7,969) before she was released on personal recognisance, meaning she did not have to pay the full amount upfront to secure her release.

Details about the specific substance allegedly involved in the case have not been publicly disclosed. Representatives for Lilly have yet to issue a public statement regarding the arrest.

Earlier Arrest Sparked Controversy

The latest arrest follows a previous incident on 29 December 2025, when Lilly was detained after a traffic stop in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Police initially stopped her vehicle after a traffic violation and later arrested the reality star on a warrant for second‑degree harassment, according to reports cited by WITN.

During that arrest, officers reportedly discovered pills in Lilly's purse. The police report noted: 'Inside the purse, a small container with 'Happy Pills' imprinted on the top was located.'

The container reportedly held multiple white tablets marked with a 'P' imprint and half of a blue pill without identifiable markings. When questioned, Lilly allegedly claimed the blue tablet was Xanax and the white pills were birth control, but she could not provide proof of a prescription.

Lilly rose to prominence through Bravo's reality series Southern Hospitality, which follows the lives of employees working in Charleston's nightlife and hospitality scene. The programme, a spin‑off connected to the broader Southern Charm franchise, focuses on staff at high‑profile venues in the South Carolina city. The show debuted in 2022 and has since been renewed for multiple seasons.

Before gaining wider television recognition, Lilly worked as a VIP host in Charleston's hospitality industry. The reality series documents the personal and professional lives of its cast members as they navigate careers, friendships, and romantic relationships within the city's nightlife scene.

Uncertain Future for the Star

The latest arrest has raised questions about Lilly's future both legally and professionally. While it remains unclear how the case will proceed, the charge could carry further legal consequences depending on the outcome of the investigation and court proceedings.

For now, Lilly remains free pending her next court appearance. Authorities have not provided additional details about the ongoing case.

With the Southern Hospitality star now facing her second arrest in a short period, the situation has drawn increasing scrutiny from fans and observers of the Bravo franchise. Further developments are expected as the legal process continues.
