The woman told investigators that she met Taylor at a bar in College Station before returning to his condo. After changing her mind and attempting to leave, she alleged that Taylor tackled her, groped her, and used his body weight to hold her down. She eventually managed to escape and call the police.

Taylor's Response To Allegations

In a statement shared with People in 2024, Taylor rejected the accusations. He said: 'I'm a pretty big guy but I was trying to 'unlawfully restraining' a girl and she just ... got away?... and walked right to her Uber right outside my house? With no injuries? "I would never hurt anybody. I'm nice to EVERY person I meet.'

Taylor did not immediately respond to requests for comment following his latest arrest.

Court records show that Taylor pleaded guilty in 2025. He was ordered to complete 80 hours of community service, pay a $750 (£559) fine and $350 (£260) in court costs, and attend anger management classes. He was also banned from the Northgate Entertainment District and ordered to have no contact with the victim.
